2019-2020



BSS Modernization QA



Our esteemed client migrated from an Huawei BSS solution to one supplied by ZTE. The launch was RFS (Ready for Service) first followed by a Big Bang migration. Saksham's QA and Audit involved ensuring that the new system worked as promised by vendor as set out in the RFI details and as per business requirements. Customer Experience, User Experience and no loss of data and information were key objectives set out for QA.

2019-2020



Capability Delivery QA Testing



Using Agile methodology, new software capabilities (features) were delivered by the vendor to the client in incremental patches. Our team performed the testing for these patch deliveries, sought client feedback on working and expectation of the new features, ensured compliance and approved the capability for production delivery.

2016-2017



CBS IQA



CBS project involved a phased approach, whereby the new CBS system would be integrated with existing systems/ components in the then-current IT landscape at the client in Phase 1. In Phase 1, our QA team had to ensure that the new system was functional and the existing components were integrated with the new system - data retrieval from new system and display in new system were working accurately.


In Phase 2, Saksham Migration SMEs conducted data reconciliation services for the client to advise them of the accuracy of migration and migrated data.



2015



NGBSS QA



The client migrated from a legacy system to a NGBSS stack supplied by Huawei. Quality Assurance was an independent exercise by Saksham to advise client management team on the business-ready functioning of the new system.
