Our client used a Customer and Order Management GUI that took the service rep through multiple screens to create and submit the order. Client engaged us with a need to reduce the order entry to one screen per customer. Our development team worked with the client to analyze the single screen requirement and this effort culminated in the Bulk GUI & Engine that reduce the time to create orders from 15 minutes to less then 5 minutes. Using XML data-exchange mechanism, our team created a de-coupled GUI and Engine that served the clients enhanced purpose of speeding up order creation manifold by creating multiple orders per customers in one transaction.

When Malaysia implemented Mobile Number Portability, our client engaged us for the development of an integration interface that would take requests from the upstream MNP system and create and provision the requests in downstream Kenan system. Using Java, an interface was developed by our development team.

For a BSS Transformation program, our esteemed client hired us to develop the integration from Siebel CRM to Kenan via GRS.
